The registration is considered
valid only at the time of receipt of payment.
Registered Delegates Entitlements:
The Welcome Reception, the Official Opening, the Civic Reception
followed by an Irish Evening, the State Reception and the Conference
Banquet. Attend all Scientific sessions and receive the official
documentation, including Final Programme and Proceedings, Morning
Coffee and Afternoon Tea during the Conference and lunch from Sunday
to Wednesday. Plus free entrance to the Trade Exhibition
Payment of Registration: Completed Registration/ Accommodation
Booking Forms should be returned by post, with full payment
of Registration Fee, and full payment of selected accommodation.
Payment which must be made in Euro, may be made by Bankers' Draft
drawn on an Irish Bank and made payable to AAATE 2003 and must reach
the Registration Office, net of all bank charges.
Credit Card Payments may be made by either Visa
or Mastercard/Access. American Express is not accepted. Please ensure
that Card Number and Expiry Date are included on the Registration
Form.

Refunds on Registration/Accommodation are applicable as follows:-
Before: 30th May 03 - Full Refund
30/5/03 - 1/7/03, 75% refund of Registration Fee and Accommodation
After 1/7/03 No refund
Cancellation must
be received in writing by the Registration Office
by the dates specified. Credit cannot be given for unused service,
unattended events or early termination of attendance.
